Kirill Prokofiev
Chief Executive Officer

Kirill Prokofiev has served as CEO of BaltTransServis since February 2017. He has more than eight years of experience in the rail industry, including seven years of service in executive positions. He received his degree in Economics from the Saint Petersburg University of Economics (SPbUE) and his МВА in Strategic Management from the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

Vladimir Prokofiev
Advisor to CEO

Vladimir Prokofiev is President of the Rail Carriers and Operators Association (RCOA), member of the Management Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE), member of the Presidium of the North Western UIE, member of the North-West Transportation Union, Professor of Marketing and Strategic Planning Chair, Russian State Teachers University named after A.I. Gertsen, and President of the Saint Petersburg Tennis Federation. Vladimir Prokofiev graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Institute of Rail Transport Engineers and the Leningrad Institute of Rail Transport Engineers. He holds a PhD in Engineering.

Tatiana Smirnova
Chief Financial Officer

From 1994 to 2001 Tatiana Smirnova was chief financial analyst and head of cost accounting and supplier and bank relations at Coca Cola Eurasia Bottlers. In 2001, she joined BaltTransServis as Chief of the Economic Planning Department. Since 2007, she also serves as CFO of BaltTransServis. Tatiana graduated from the Saint Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. In 2001, she was qualified as a chartered accountant and became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In 2015, she has completed an Executive MBA program at Aalto University Executive Education (Helsinki).

Alla Chapchikova
Chief Commercial Officer

Alla Chapchikova joined BaltTransServis in 2000. In 2004, she was appointed as Chief of the Sales Department, and has served as the Chief Commercial Officer since 2011. She has more than 20 years of experience in the railway industry. Alla received her degree in Accounting and Audit (Rail Transport) from the Leningrad State Transport University. She is currently completing her Executive MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
