1999

BaltTransServis launches its oil rail transportation business in Russia and the Baltic countries.

2001

BaltTransServis becomes a member of the Rail Carriers and Operators Association. The company wins multiple awards that recognize it as a reliable business partner and a socially responsible company.

 
2004

BaltTransServis starts to use its own block trains for shipments from the Novoyaroslavskaya station of the Northern Railways.

 
2005

BaltTransServis expands the geography of its own block train shipments by adding shipments via the Northern, Oktyabrskaya, Moscow and North Caucasian Railways.

2008

BaltTransServis becomes the owner of a rail car repair yard in Ivanovo. BaltTransServis offices now operate in eight Russian cities – Moscow, Ryazan, Yaroslavl, Voronezh, Samara, Murmansk, Kaliningrad and Dno.

BaltTransServis becomes part of Globaltrans, a leading freight rail transportation group with operations in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic countries.

BaltTransServis launches a locomotive maintenance subsidiary in Rybinsk.

BaltTransServis successfully increases the volumes of cargo carried by its own rolling stock as its main-line locomotive fleet reaches 60 units.
